This Personal Information Management Policy is for the personal information stated on the website of UPPTHERA Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter the “Provider”).

In principle, the Provider retains the personal information of users until a user expresses his/her voluntary intention of withdrawal, and the retention of the personal information of such users continues up to the completion of the withdrawal.

7. Personal information protection of children under the age of 14
A child under the age of 14 must have the approval of his/her legal representative before joining to be a member.
